Our Services
Primary Care
We, as an Internal Medicine office, offer care to young adults, adults, and the elderly. We take care of all your medical needs, to name a few, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, Gastrointestinal tract problems and similar conditions. We diagnose and treat as needed. We believe that prevention is a key to having good health.
Clinical Trials
Different kinds of clinical studies are being conducted in our office. They include high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, asthma, COPD, gastroparesis, and fatty liver (NASH). In clinical studies we do at no cost to you blood tests, physical examinations, electrocardiograms, dispense glucometers and test strips for diabetes studies and dispense medications. Please, read under each study to see if you can qualify to enroll.
Women Health
Pap smear, breast exam and mammograms help to diagnose Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer while in their early stages. We offer the well woman exam, which include a Pap smear, breast exam and a referral for a mammogram if needed at an affordable cost.
Also, we offer related services like removal of IUDs and implanted contraceptice devices.
Dermatology Service
We have a board-certified dermatologist who can address all your skin concerns including acne, warts, psoriasis, rashes, hair loss, skin cancer and many more.
Consults are by appointments every Monday for adults and children.
On-site Lab Testing
Blood and/or urine samples are collected on site and sent to the lab for analysis. The costs of lab tests are affordable for people who have no insurance.
Labs offered at affordable prices include but not limited to:
- Lipid profile
- Liver function
- ·Kidney function
- Diabetes screening
- Complete blood count
- Electrolytes
- Thyroid panel
- PSA
- Urine analysis
- Pregnancy test
FAA Medical
Dr. Nabil Andrawis is a senior aviation medical examiner designated by the Federal Aviation Administration.
We offer flight physical examinations for pilots for Class I, II, and III.
Same or next day appointments are usually available either in the Manassas office on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday or in the Burke office on Wednesdays (703) 455-9711.
Immigration Medical Examination
Dr. Andrawis and Dr. Gabra are designated Civil Surgeons and are authorized to perform immigration medical examinations for aliens applying for Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) as well as the benefits defined under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
The process includes physical examination and blood and urine test. Please, bring with you your immunization records
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE USUALY AVAILABLE.
CDL Exams
Dr. Andrawis is a certified civil surgeon who can perform physicals to individuals looking to get their CDL license.
Same day and next day appointments are usually available.
Free Meds. For Low Income
Cost for medications can be very expensive. Many pharmaceutical companies have a patient assistance program. We offer this service for our patient who have low income and cannot afford the cost of medications. We provide the necessary application for this program and apply on patient’s behalf to get the medication at no cost.
School Physicals
We do school physical exminations to all ages, Elemntery to Gradute school, and fill up school forms as needed.
